Confirm the state and full address of the lead
Clarksville assignments can include more than one location in an account’s history. State the complete address, city, and state for each lead, and identify which information has been recently confirmed.
If the vehicle is believed to have moved outside Tennessee, say so before treating it as a Clarksville order. Contact us to confirm coverage and the arrangements needed for an out-of-state location.
Show the age and source of each location update
Date the last confirmed address, recent contact note, or vehicle sighting. A move reported by the borrower, a returned piece of mail, and an observation of the vehicle carry different information. Explain which one your note describes.
If a field lead cannot be established from the current packet, discuss skip tracing for the assignment. Avoid repeatedly submitting an old address as if it were a new lead.
Keep lender restrictions attached to the order
The lender should communicate any hold, cancellation, dispute, or other limitation affecting the requested action. Our team needs one contact who can clarify the instruction before an attempt proceeds.
Use the full VIN and lender account reference on those changes. A telephone conversation about one account should not leave the status of another vehicle uncertain.
Specify the return or delivery arrangement
After recovery, tell us whether the vehicle should remain in storage or move to another approved facility. Include the receiving address, contact, and any appointment requirements for a delivery.
Send the initial request through the contact page. Have the lender documents and current location notes ready for review.
