Describe the location and its access conditions
If a vehicle lead is at an apartment community, gated entrance, workplace, or managed parking area, include the relevant site details in the order. Explain what is known about the location and what is still unverified.
Providing an address does not establish permission to enter every part of a property. We assess the circumstances and avoid a recovery attempt that would involve confrontation or inappropriate access. Any restrictions should be discussed before dispatch.
Keep Franklin and nearby leads separate
Our service area includes Franklin and the Williamson County market, including Brentwood and other nearby communities. When an account has more than one address, list each one separately with its city and the date it was last confirmed.
Avoid describing a previous address as current simply because it remains in the loan record. If the lead has gone stale, a locate review may be a more useful next step.
Use a surrender appointment when the lender has agreed one
An agreed return needs the pickup location, borrower or handoff contact, key availability, and the lender’s authorization. If the appointment changes, tell the order contact promptly so the field instruction remains current.

Plan for condition documentation and release
- Identify the vehicle with its complete VIN.
- Supply the lender contact who can approve changes.
- State whether the vehicle should be stored or delivered after recovery.
- Name the approved destination and recipient when release is requested.
